Monitoring
All Risk Assessment & Method Statements are read in full, dated & signed by all working operatives prior to commencing of a new project. Our on site supervisors undertake a tool box talk once a week to refresh & ensure there is nothing to report. All site operatives hold a valid construction licens and Manual Handling Certificate.
Reporting
All incidents, near-misses, and potential hazards are documented immediately and reported to site management within 24 hours. Our designated safety officers conduct daily site inspections, maintaining detailed logs and photographic evidence where necessary.
Weekly safety reports are reviewed by project managers and quarterly audits ensure compliance with current regulations and company policies.
Prevention
All work areas undergo daily pre-start inspections with findings recorded in site diaries. Our teams implement a permit-to-work system for high-risk activities including hot works, confined spaces, and work at height.
Equipment certification is tracked through digital systems, with maintenance schedules strictly adhered to and visual inspections conducted before each use. Site-specific risk controls are reviewed monthly and updated based on changing conditions.
